Welcome to the Hickory Hills / Rolling Hills subdivision in beautiful, rural Johnson County, Missouri.  We're just located just outside of Warrensburg and near Whiteman Air Force Base.

Named for the abundance of Hickory trees found in our community, Hickory Hills is a family friendly subdivision that welcomes newcomers and long-time residents alike.

Our community is a diverse group, made up of long time Warrensburg residents, active duty military, retired military and college students.

We enjoy a neighborhood where our children can play safely and we take pride in our properties. 

The entrance to the Hickory Hills sub-division is easy to see from DD Hwy. and is maintained by the Home Owners Association.
